Projects $1500 & Under

• Full deposit required to schedule and secure your date

Projects Over $1500

• 50% deposit required to schedule and secure your date
• 25% required upon agreed midway point and/or
• Remaining balance due upon project completion

• Materials & Supplies: Standard cleaning supplies included;
• Specialty rental equipment or products billed separately

• Third-Party Services: Are billed separately with your approval
• Contractor fees (electricians, plumbers, specialist etc.)

• Travel Fees: Properties beyond service area may include a travel surcharge
