We operate Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness, please call and reschedule your cleaning. Even though we sanitize your house, it's possible that we might transport germs to the next home or become sick ourselves.

We understand that things happen! We kindly ask that you call, text, or email us as soon as you know there is a conflict, and we'll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. As long as we have a 24-hour notice, there will be no $50 cancellation charge.

We offer three core Sunny Butler service categories: Residential Cleaning, Home Maintenance , Organizing Services, and Home Management. Each category includes Essential, Extensive, and Unique options, so we can customize the exact scope to match your home, lifestyle, or property needs.

We offer Sunny Flex, Sunny Starter , and Sunny Elite plans.Our team will help you choose the perfect fit based on your needs and frequency preferences.

All interior rooms will be cleaned. Cleanings include vacuuming and mopping all floors, countertops, tables, mirrors, and significant appliance dusting and cleaning. Deep cleaning consists of all essential cleaning and more.Additional details can be found on our Our Services Page.

💎 Service Experience

Service duration varies based on space's size and selected service level. Services can range from 2-hours to full day projects.
‣
Services vary based on your chosen plan and level (Essential, Extensive, or Unique). We'll provide a detailed checklist during booking.

We maintain high standards through regular quality checks, detailed training, and our satisfaction guarantee.

Yes! We do our best to use supplies and equipment that are safe for your home and give the best service. If there are any special requests, please share them during your consultation.

Getting prepped is easy! Please tidy up any personal items in a secured location to avoid any accidents! Please make sure we will be able to have access to the home and if there are any pets to make sure our staff knows! We will start the service from there!

It is not necessary to be at home, but you are welcome to stay. During each consultation, we go over special access instructions. We charge a $50 lockout fee if we have a confirmed appointment and need help getting in.

Service rates varies based on selected service plan, add-ons, property size and scope .Services range from $300 - $3500+ per visit.

Rates vary based on service type, frequency, and scope. We provide transparent pricing during your initial consultation.

We offer secure, convenient payment options with industry-standard encryption for your protection.
‣
You are not billed for services until after your visit is complete. So no need to worry! Please be sure to read our cancellation policy.

Due to the subjective nature of cleaning, we are unable to offer refunds on services; however, we are committed to your satisfaction! If anything is missed during your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours, and our maids will complete any items overlooked at no additional cost.

🔒 Safety & Security

We love pets! Special arrangements may be needed for service days.
‣
We follow strict security protocols and carefully screen all team members. Clients are notified when the team is arriving to the home and has departed

We maintain secure records of all access methods (keys/codes). They are stored in a protected system and only shared with assigned team members on a need-to-know basis. Keys are coded and never labeled with addresses.

In the rare event of any accidental damage during service, we take full responsibility. Please report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion, and we will promptly address the situation.
‣
We take client confidentiality very seriously. All team members sign strict confidentiality agreements and are trained to maintain absolute discretion regarding our clients' homes and personal information. Your privacy is our priority.
